Rumours have been going around about the possibility of us seeing a Droid 5. It was said that Motorola will launch the handset with a sliding QWERTY keyboard and if so then it would make it the only new handset to be released with a physical keyboard. It seems that there are still a lot of people out there who do like the idea of having a sliding keyboard.
Motorola launched the Droid 4 last and we have been hearing rumours going around about the possibility of a Droid 5 for some time. People have said that it could arrive at the CTIA or maybe the MWC next year.
Fans have taken to the forums and Motorola should realise that there is a big fan base for the handset. This could get them to go ahead and release the handset sooner.
At the moment all of this is speculation though as Motorola haven’t said anything about the handset.
