It is going to be another year before we will see the production version of the Honda Civic Type R. Honda said that the production model shouldn’t be too far away from the concept version and that it should be very similar.
The concept was taken to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Belgium and around 200 Type R drivers went out onto the track to drive around it and at the same time they saw the new concept. Many drivers said that it was stunning and most said that they hoped that Honda would keep close to the concept for the production model.
They have said that the Honda Civic Type R is the fastest front wheel drive car to go on the Nurburgring and we should see it arrive at some point during 2015.
