2015 Mini Countryman Facelift Unveiled: Big Improvement Awaits

Mini hogged on the headlines yesterday when it unveiled the upcoming Countryman Facelift. The vehicle might just be a mid-cycle refresh but it has tons of improvements to offer.

For starters, the upcoming Mini Countryman Facelift is going to come out with a new grille and alloys. The hatchback is going to be fully customizable with a wide array of colours to choose from. Consumers will be able to change the colour of the roof, exterior mirror caps, bonnet stripes and Sport Stripes.

Inside the cabin, the theme is dark colours. The changes are very subtle for the Countryman Facelift’s interior and they are mostly limited to the positioning of the dials.

Performance too will receive an upgrade on the Facelift. The vehicle is offered with four different engine options and they are all brought over from the Mini Paceman. This includes 2 diesels and 2 petrol 4-cylinder engines. Regardless of the choice of engine, the motor will still be paired to a 6-speed manual transmission. There will also be a 6-speed automatic offered as an alternative.

The Mini Countryman Facelift is expected to go on sale beginning next month. For a facelift model, there are so many improvements to the vehicle that is worth checking out.
