Ford decision to use aluminum to build the Ford F-150 had some mixed reviews but it looks like Ford is happy with it and they might be planning to start using aluminum to build another model.
New reports are saying that Ford might be working to give the Ford Expedition on upgrade and one of their main goals will be to help the vehicle shed off some extra pounds and that they will be doing so by changing their build material to aluminum just like the Ford F-150.
The aluminum upgrade should help improve the performance and fuel economy of the Ford Expedition but what about the price. Many people seem to believe that the upgrade Ford Expedition will come with a bigger price tag since going aluminum is not cheap but some reports are saying that because of the high asking price, they should be able to offset all the additional cost without an issue.
