Anyone who has been patiently waiting to hear about PlanetSide 2 confirmation through video had good news at last. However this was short lived when we heard from Sony that the video was nothing more than a fake. Now those waiting to play PlanetSide 2 on the PS4 are going to have to wait longer to hear about when it will arrive.
The video which arrived on YouTube gave details about the game along showed what appeared to be footage from the game on the PS4 along with a clop of the PSN Store. It said that the release date was 26 May.
The link in the video took people to the PSN Store and this showed a placeholder for the game.
However the gameplay showed that the game was HUD less which meant that it didn’t come from the PS4 as it was said it had. Chances are it came from the PC and had the HUD taken away.
PlanetSide 2 should make its way out onto the PS4 in early 2014 and when it does it should be just like PlanetSide 2 on the PC.
