Let’s face it; Ash is getting kind of boring. The highly popular protagonist from the Pokemon animated series might appeal to the kids but for those who have grown up with the series, they are demanding for a new face in the Pokemon adventure.
Nintendo is aware of that and soon, a new face by the name of Alan will take helm in a separate animated series. A Pokemon animated special will be aired in Japan next week and has the title, Pokemon XY: The Strongest Mega Evolution Act 1.
This special episode will be set in Kalos as Alan steps into battle with all the mega-evolution Pokemon. There is a teaser trailer for the episode shared on YouTube and you can view it below.
Who knows? Alan might just get more ratings and take over Ash as the main protagonist in the Pokemon series.
