Apple iPhone 6 users that are on the Telstra network are having a common issue where they can’t connect to the carrier’s ultrafast 4G LTE network. Well, we have the fix right here and it is through applying the APN settings manually.
All iPhone 6 users have to do is head over to settings, select general and go into network. There, they can choose to set the APN manually. Once in the right page, fill up the forms like the following:
Cellular data = telstra.iph
Username = blank
Password = blank
APN = telstra.iph
Of course, the above is just for the 4G network access. Those that requires an APN for MMS can refer to the following:
Cellullar data: telstra.mms
Username: blank
Password: blank
MMSC: http://mmsc.telstra.com:8002
MMS proxy: 10.1.1.180:80
MMS Max Message Size: 307200
MMA UA Proof URL: blank
