2K have been really loud in giving away free VC points to its NBA 2K14 players. The giveaway has been occurring since Christmas last year. It started with the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the basketball game before reaching the Xbox One and PS4.
Amazingly, the VC points are being gifted almost every week now. However, it seems that the current-gen consoles have ceased getting the VC points as of late. It left the NBA 2K14 community wondering if 2K has gave up on both the Xbox 360 and PS3.
Nevertheless, NBA 2K14 players on the next-gen consoles should make full use of the opportunity while it is still around. This week alone, 20,000 VC points are given away. If you have the codes and unsure on how to redeem them, follow the instructions below.
1. On the game’s main menu, Select Locker Codes.
2. Key in the code that you have and hit on enter.
3. A message will pop up confirming the VC points added into your game.
The VC points can be spent on your team in MyTeam mode. This giveaway is something unplanned and a way of apology from 2K to its players. After all, the game developer took forever to fix the many bugs and glitches that caused crashes in NBA 2K14.
