Ubisoft have finally confirmed Assassins Creed: Unity by way of a teaser trailer. This time the game has a setting of France, but other than that we don’t know very much about the game. When it arrives it will come out on the current gen consoles, while those with the Xbox 360 and PS3 are set to get a different title instead.
“We have been working on the new Assassin’s Creed for more than three years and although we weren’t quite ready to show you our full vision for a next-gen only AC, it seems Abstergo are trying to force our hand,” said Ubisoft in a press release.
Check out the alpha footage teaser below and you will see that there is a new assassin and the setting of Paris looks stunning. The video tells us that the game will be very CG orientated, even though it is claimed to be in-game footage. The game will make its way out in time for the Christmas season so we will have to wait to find out what the optimised real world visuals look like.
