2015 has been a nightmarish year for HTC and even the loyal fans are turning against the tech manufacturer. After witnessing how the latest One M9 came out to be nowhere near on par with the Samsung Galaxy S6, it simply puts HTC on a sharp decline.
Even with so much criticism aimed at HTC, the Taiwanese-tech firm is hard-headed and refused to acknowledge the feedback from the masses. This is evident when HTC launches a 64GB One M9 exclusively in Taiwan-only earlier today.
If HTC were to launch the 64GB variant on a global scale, they might salvage something out of their 2015 flagship device but it looks like their pride got in the way of things. On the other hand, HTC could be banking on their home market to survive this year’s mess.
Either way, things are not going well with HTC and they must come up with plan B fast are risk making more losses.
