HTC is not well-known for producing extra-large smartphones but this year, they are going to try the phablet segment out through rolling out the One M9 Plus.
This upcoming device is rumoured to be exactly like the original One M9 except for the fact that it will have a larger 5.5” display that runs on QHD resolution. Underneath the aluminium built, the One M9 Plus is said to run on the same Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB of RAM.
To complete the package, the One M9 Plus is going to feature a 20MP rear camera and also a 4MP front shooter.
If the rumours are right, then it proves that the One M9 Plus is nothing more than an enlarged version of the original M9. Then again, rumours should be taken with a pinch of salt but we can expect more spills from HTC on the subject once the original One M9 gets released.
