It seems the criticism on Titanfall’s lack of content is justified. The campaign mode in this latest AAA game is a clear example of the negativity in Titanfall.
It is so bad that one of the players known as Tony can literally walk through the Militia campaign and complete it without firing a single shot.
Respawn Entertainment idea to keep Titanfall as a multiplayer-only online game has certainly backfired with the campaign mode. With Tony being able to do nothing and still complete the missions, there is definitely a need for a single player mode.
The campaign is so useless that no players have to participate in it. Imagine the entire 12 players participating behave as how Tony did. It will result in AI grunts strolling around the map by themselves and kicking robots for a past time.
The campaign is simply crippling the game. As such, fans do hope for some tweaks to be sent out by Respawn Entertainment.
