ViewSonic 79Q Android Phone Has Galaxy Note 5 Blushing

ViewSonic has been in contention for producing something huge in the coming months. Rumours have been tipping it to be the V55 smartphone that will look to feature Iris scanning technology but in reality, ViewSonic is actually producing the 79Q.

The phablet will be the direct successor of the old 69Q and it will provoke the tablet segment by coming with a 7” display that runs at 1024x600p resolution. The device will be powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor together with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage.

In addition to that the 79Q has support for microSD and Android 4.4.2 KitKat out of the box. When the 79Q gets released, it will retail at about $130.

Yes, the 79Q might come with mid-tier specs but it is no doubt going to be one of the best devices in the segment. Perhaps, the ViewSonic 79Q can act as a cheap alternative to the future Samsung Galaxy Note 5.
