Sony Xperia XZ Announce: Priorities All Wrong

After the long wait, Sony is finally unveiling their flagship model for 2016 and it turns out the rumors were right after all. Sony seems to have ditched the Sony Xperia Z series to focus on their new X-Series but it looks like they might want to get their priorities right.

The new Sony Xperia XZ will be coming in with a 5.2inch display screen with 1080 x 1920 resolution and 424ppi. The device will be running on the Snapdragon 820 with 3GB RAM and 32/64GB of internal storage. The device will also come equipped with a 23MP camera which is probably the device’s biggest selling point.

It is obvious that Sony wants the world to know that their camera is the best but is it really the best. This is not the first time Sony has highlighted their camera and while their smartphone camera does come with a higher MP, comparison videos showed that the camera is not really better than their competitor and we got a feeling that this is going to be the same as well.

Maybe Sony should focus on making the device great and also make sure they start rolling out updates on time instead of the camera unit?
