Samsung Galaxy S8’s Snapdragon 830 Uses 10nm

We are still waiting for Samsung to announce their new Samsung Galaxy Note 7 smartphone next month but before that happens, new details about the new Snapdragon 830 from Qualcomm have been leaked.

The detail was leaked on Weibo by tipster i ice universe. According to the tipster, the upcoming Snapdragon 830 will be coming with a 10Nm process and that the chipset will be available early next year.

We know that Qualcomm will usually release their new processor at the start of the year so that estimated release date is believable but we will have to wait and it if it really comes with 10nm process. The current Qualcomm Snapdragon

chip uses a 14nm process.

The upgrade could mean an even smaller processor which means smartphone makers will be able to fit more tech into the device. Since Samsung is always striving to give their customers the best, will we see the Samsung Galaxy S8 come with the Snapdragon 830 processor?
