Samsung Galaxy S6 Official Launch Less Than A Fortnight From Now! [REPORT]

The arrival of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 sparked an end in this year’s flagship offerings by the South Korean tech manufacturer. Hence, consumers can start looking ahead to the smartphones of next year, beginning with the Samsung Galaxy S6.

Like its predecessors, the S6 is expected to make its debut in Q2 next year. On the other hand, consumers don’t have to wait that long to check the smartphone out as the device is tipped for unveiling at CES 2015.

The massive annual Consumer Electronics Show is about to commence and it will take place in January 6 next month. The event will be happening at Las Vegas and it is said to be the place where Samsung exhibits the Galaxy S6.

There is a lot of anticipation for the smartphone as many rumours are linking it to having dual-edge curved screen. This will make the Samsung Galaxy S6 a much better device than the Galaxy Note Edge, which only has a one-sided curved display.

Aside from that, rumours are also indicating that the S6 will be running on a 64-bit octa-core Exynos 7420 processor with 3GB of RAM. The smartphone is going to come with a 20MP rear camera and 5MP front shooter.

Of course, these are based on rumours so it is best to take it with a pinch of salt. Consumers can look forward to learning more about the Samsung Galaxy S6 when it walks on the red carpet at CES 2014.
