Samsung like to launch variations of their handsets and thanks to the recent announcement of the Samsung Galaxy S5 they will be gearing up to launch another handset. It has been suggested that Samsung have been working on the Samsung Galaxy Neo version and leaks have been reported. But what should we expect from the Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo when it comes out?
Tech Radar said that they had seen a device on Zauba, the Indian import site, with the model number of SM-G800F. At the moment it is unclear when the combination of letters and numbers mean. The different in price tags is thought to be along the same lines as with the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and the Note 3 Neo. So this could be a big hint that Samsung are preparing for the release of the Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo. We also saw the same thing happen with the Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini.
Phones Review also reported that they had seen a device with the model number of SM-6870 and said that it may be the Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini. A report said that seven variations of the SM-G800F had been taken over to India, with the handsets reportedly going through development and research testing. The prices start at Rs. 31,790 or $520.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo and Galaxy S5 Mini will be possible as the Samsung Galaxy S5 was seen on the same website. The handset had the model number of SM-G900F and came in with a price tag of Rs. 33,061 or $541.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo hasn’t been released in the UK and it could be some time before we find out when it will be released. For now fans of Samsung will have to wait for the company to speak up. The Samsung Galaxy S5 was recently announced by Samsung and it has received reviews that have been mixed. Whether this will change when it arrives on the shelves in April remains to be seen.
