Resident Evil 7 Cross-Save Does Not Make Sense On Its Own

It has been revealed that the upcoming Resident Evil 7 will support cross-save between PC and the Xbox One. Capcom has since confirmed the cross-save features but the fans think that there might be more to it.

Some people have started speculating that the Resident Evil 7 game might support cross-buying as well because have a cross-save option on a single-player game just does not make sense.

It is said that offering the new Capcom game as a cross-buy game is possible with Xbox Play Anywhere. If that happens, the Resident Evil 7 could be the first third party game cross-buy game from them.

Capcom has not denied or confirm this later rumor yet so our advice will be for you to take it with a pinch of salt. The new Resident Evil 7 game will be released on the 24th of January 2017 for PC, Xbox One as well as PlayStation 4.
