Capcom has never revealed the release date or release window for the Resident Evil 2 Remake but most people believe that it will be arriving late 2017. Luckily, we might not have to wait that long to see how the remake version is going to look like.
There were speculations saying that the new Resident Evil 7 game will be coming with the demo of Resident Evil 2 Remake. The fans believe that the black screen before the Resident Evil 7 demo was related to Resident Evil 2 and that it could be a hint that the new game might have something to do with the Resident Evil 2 Remake.
Of course, that is just one of the many speculations and since we have not heard from Capcom, it is best if we can take it with a pinch of salt for now.
If the rumors are true, we will be getting a sneak peak of the remake version in January next year as that is when the new Resident Evil 7 game will be release.
