The moment we saw the tweet about Prince of Persia, we immediately thought that Ubisoft was working on a new Prince of Persia game. The tweet was tweeted out early last year.
The tweet suggested that there was going to be more Prince of Persia in the future but so far, the only Prince of Persia news we got last year was when the game was offered for free as part of Ubisoft’s anniversary celebration.
Since then, we have not seen or heard anything that is related to Prince of Persia. The Prince of Persia fans have been begging Ubisoft to come out with a new game and previously, there was report suggesting that the there was going to be a new 2D Prince of Persia game that will be like the Rayman but so such game was seen.
At this point, we are starting to think that the tweet was a hoax and that there is no Prince of Persia game in the near future.
