OnePlus One Pre-Orders Getting Defective Phones On Intention?

OnePlus One was first heard of earlier this year when it came out with hardwares and specifications that are better than the latest Samsung Galaxy SS. This has led to many consumers to pick up the device but instead of expecting something great, they experienced the exact opposite.

For starters, it is important to note that OnePlus One is not available anywhere in this world except for China. The smartphone can be ordered online and it will be shipped accordingly. The nightmare begins when the smartphone arrives.

It appears that the OnePlus One smartphones are mostly defective. Some users revealed that their audio system does not work while others reveal on a lot of software glitch. Well, OnePlus One has this return and exchange policy but it is only available online. The problem is that, OnePlus does not respond to the customer’s enquiry efficiently.

Some users fear on being a victim of a con so they directed their complains to either PayPal, or their Credit Card company. The former is quite unhelpful but the latter has some effect when the complaint is launched. Upon reporting the incident to the credit card company, OnePlus will give an immediate response to troubleshoot the device.

There are suspicions on OnePlus didn’t do any quality checks for its products. This is obvious with the many rotten eggs in their stock inventory. Furthermore, OnePlus lateness in responding to the customer takes months which is hard to accept. The only idea here is that the manufacturer aims at dragging each case beyond three months so that their return policy has expired.

Of course, there is no telling for sure on OnePlus intentions. It is really sad for tech junkies since there were a lot of potential with OnePlus. If they were to have taken it more seriously, the company will surely find their way to the mainstream market.
