The Nintendo Switch was a huge success but not everything is bright and side on the side of the users. While most people seems to be pretty happy with the product, there were some that reported their issues with the Nintendo Switch.
A fair amount of users has already reported the dead pixel issue that some of the Nintendo Switch unit had. The dead pixel is when a pixel on the screen will only show white or black.
According to Nintendo, the dead pixels are just part of having an LCD screen and that it is a normal thing. Because of that, the dead pixels are not seen as a defect by Nintendo.
So if you are thinking that Nintendo would give you a new unit because of a few dead pixel, think again although you can still try and contact them and see if they have a solution to your problem.
