Moto X Source Code Launched, Beneficial For Everyone.

It is unsure whether CyanogenMod had any influence on this but right after the blast Oppo for not releasing the Android kernel source code via Twitter, Motorola came out to launch their codes for the Lollipop-powered second-generation Moto X.

This is a major boost for third-party and app developers as they can now utilize the kernel source code to fix any issues with the Android 5.0 Lollipop OS easily and efficiently.

Then again, the source code can’t be found on Motorola’s official website but on GitHub instead. As such, those that require the code will have to sign up with the online storage platform.

Regardless, the developers over at XDA will be more than please with the availability of the kernel source code for the Motorola Moto X. After all, the code enables them to launch updates to their Lollipop custom ROM so that the OS can run freely and smoothly.
