Ever since Mini was acquired by BMW, the company has gone gung-ho in producing a variety of vehicles that comes with the classy design. Furthermore, the British carmaker is no longer limited to producing something extravagantly small.
Today, BMW design students, together with their mentor, have developed a new concept vehicle for Mini and it is revealed to be a pickup truck. Known as the Mini Paceman Adventure, the vehicle looks super-splendid as it comes with the front of a typical modern Mini, and an open tail that replaces the normal rear seats.
In detail, the Paceman Adventure has a modified chassis with extended ground clearance, cargo area extending beyond the two front seats, and a turbocharged engine. This makes the vehicle more than capable of travelling on the worst off-road conditions.
Then again, the design was to show the sort of talents owned by BMW. In other words, the Mini Paceman Adventure is going to be produced at all. Bummer!
