We can probably expect to see the new Microsoft Surface Pro 5 this year. With the kind of success they had, it won’t make sense if we do not see one. So what kind of changes can we expect to see this year?
Based on what we have heard so far, it looks like the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 Surface Pen dock might also come with a charger built-in to it so the Pen can be charged whenever the user slides it in. That way, the Surface Pen will never run out of battery.
There were also talks about how the Pro 5 will come with a fingerprint sensor on the device itself. The users were not too happy when the fingerprint sensor was offered on the detachable keyboard because it meant that they had to carry the keyboard around just so that they can use the sensor.
We can also expect the usual spec upgrades. Some people believe that there might be a few size options as well but we will have to wait and see.
