When a smartphone manufacturer wants to bring in a new smartphone, they will start clearing up the remaining stock of their current model first and some people think that that is what’s happening to the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL.
While you can still get the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL from some of the retailers out there, the Window Store in the UK has already stopped offering both the Microsoft Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL.
Fans took this as a sign that Microsoft might be looking to clear off the Lumia 950 before they start offering the new smartphone. As for the new smartphone, nobody knows what it is but most people believe that Microsoft is done with the Microsoft Lumia series and is working on a new series altogether.
There was speculation that it might be the rumored Surface smartphone but we won’t know for sure until Microsoft makes some sort of announcement or when we see a promising leak. For now, all we can do is speculate.
