Well, it looks like Microsoft failed to attract the consumers with their new Lumia 950 XL but why is that? We know that it is definitely not the hardware since its specs are as good as any premium smartphone in the market.
Some people seems to think it is the design. While it is not ugly, it is also not the most interesting smartphone we saw last year. Other seems to think that it is because it is running on the Windows 10 and the app store is not as good as the Google Play Store and Apple AppStore.
Others hear about some of the issues that the owners have been having like overheating issues and short battery life issue and are afraid of making the switch. There were also reports about the Lumia 950 XL rebooting itself constantly with no apparent reason.
Many of them also reported that Microsoft did fix a lot of the issue but it might be too late to change their minds now.
