Mercedes-AMG GT R Roasts Viper ACR At Nurburgring!

If you think that the Viper ACR is amazing, you need to check out what the Mercedes-AMG GT R is capable of on the track.

The guys over at Sport Auto decided to put the Mercedes-AMG GT R on the Nurburgring track to see how much time the vehicle will need to complete the track. Well, the vehicle only needed 7:10.92 seconds to complete one lap. To put that into perspective, the Viper ACR had a lap time of 7:12.13, 2 seconds slower than the Mercedes-AMG GT R model.

Vehicles like the Lamborghini Aventador SV is still faster with its all-wheel drive system but we are still impressed with what Mercedes can do.

The Mercedes-AMG GT R will be powered by a 577hp engine and was fitted with a Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires. You can check out the Mercedes-AMG GT R in action in the video below and tell us what you think of it.
