Mass Effect 4 Giving Bethesda ‘RPG 101’

Nobody has a clue on why it is taking Bethesda so long to produce Fallout 4. To make things even worse, Bethesda has yet to share anything on Fallout 4 too. Many are tipping that Bethesda is having a hard time in developing a game that is better than Fallout 3.

If so, then there is already a solution and that is Mass Effect 4. The upcoming title from Bioware will be making its debut in the coming months and it will be more interactive and immense than the previous Mass Effect title.

There are many things Bethesda can actually learn from Mass Effect 4 and it can tremendously improve the Fallout series. For example, Bethesda can take inspiration from the companionship model in Mass Effect 4.

Throughout the Mass Effect series, the protagonist is accompanied by a set of characters that are introduced in the game’s plot. These characters, or companions, will follow the protagonist until the end of time and they are also influenced by the events that are happening in the Mass Effect world.

Clearly, having such a feature introduced in Fallout 4 will surely enhance the gaming experience entirely. Furthermore, Bethesda can do the extra mile and add in a romance feature that is a growing trend in RPG titles. Players should be given the ability to start an intimate relationship with their companions.

Of course, companionship is just the tip of the iceberg. There are many other pointers that Bethesda can learn from Mass Effect 4 that can tremendously improve the Fallout experience.
