A new concept image has shown us the HTC One 2 with a large display, slimmer bezels and no buttons. The concept comes from Nikolai Prettner who put the photos of the concept on a Google+ account. The device offers a display that is wider in comparison to the HTC One, with a build that is rounder. The concept shows a camera complete with dual LED flash. A rumour said that the HTC One 2 will have the name of the HTC M8 along with a fingerprint scanner and dual camera.

LlabTooFer said that the HTC One 2 could come with the next version of KitKat, which may be 4.5 or 5 and of course have the latest HTC Sense 6 UI. The rumour hasn’t been confirmed and these features are in development stages.

@evleaks said the follow up to the HTC One would have a display of 5 inches, which would be 5 inches. It will also feature an Ultrapixel camera along with a camera of 2.1MP on the front, Sense 6.0 and 2GB of RAM. Fans waiting for the arrival of the device could be in for some disappointment as it has been said that the handsets may have the quad core Snapdragon 800 instead of the previously rumoured Snapdragon 805.

A member of the XDA Developers said that the HTC One successor could be called the HTC One+ when it arrives. He said that the device may arrive with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM, an UltraPixel camera of 6MP or 8MP along with a camera of 2.1MP on the front. The battery should be 2900mAh, there could be support for microSD and NFC, plus it should run on the latest KitKat OS and have Sense 6.0.
