Come next year, two new flagship smartphones will be released and they are the HTC One M9 and the Samsung Galaxy S6. Rumours have been linking both devices to get unveiled at MWC in Barcelona next March, even though there isn’t any official statement to support the claim.
On the other hand, this is evident after closely studying the HTC One-series and the Samsung Galaxy S-series release patterns. Regardless on when they will be unveiled, both the HTC One M9 and the Galaxy S6 will surely be a step up from this year’s offerings.
The One M9, in particular, is said to come with either a 5.1” or 5.5” display that runs on 2560x1440p resolution. Furthermore, there is some certainty that it will be powered by Qualcomm’s newest Snapdragon 810 processor and Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box.
Other rumours features coming to the One M9 includes a 13MP rear camera, 64GB or 128GB of internal storage and also 3GB of RAM.
Even for a rumour, details are still scarce for the HTC One M9. On the other hand, there are too many rumours surrounding the Samsung Galaxy S6. Most rumours agree that the latter will come with a double-sided curved display. It will be interesting to see how things unfold next year.
