GTA 5 PC Release Date: A Secret Too Big To Conceal For Much Longer

There has been a lot of talk about GTA Online and the amount of problems it had when it first came out, including a reduction in the amount of income for missions. So know we thought we should take a look at something else to do with the game and that is when it might arrive for the PC. Rockstar haven’t said a lot about the game, but we have seen evidence that seems to suggest that there is a version heading to the PC.

The first bit of evidence came about when it was announced there would be a new AMD Catalyst driver. Among the code for the driver someone found evidence that points to GTA 5 arriving on the PC.

There is something in the driver that is called GTA5.exe, so it does point to the game, it couldn’t be anything else could it?

So it looks as though the secret it out and this seems to back up claims we heard about the game arriving on the PC in Q1 of next year. This would make it around 6 to 8 weeks following release on the next gen consoles, which is the general tradition of Rockstar.

Bear in mind that at the moment these are nothing more than rumours, but we also heard about there being a PC version of the game inside the Xbox 360 version, which someone managed to get their hands on through dubious means.

So why aren’t Rockstar coming clean and giving PC gamers something positive to look forward too? Come on Rockstar just tell us the game is on the way.
