2018 Mazda CX-5 Goes Premium, New Spot For CX-4?

Some Mazda fans were hoping that Mazda would offer the new Mazda CX-4 here in the US as well but the fact is that with what Mazda has to offer right now, there is really not a whole lot of space for the Mazda CX-4 but that does not mean we will never be seeing the Mazda CX-4.

New reports are now suggesting that Mazda might be thinking about giving the Mazda CX-5 an upgrade so that it can be considered a premium model. If that happens, the Mazda CX-5 will be coming in with a slightly bigger price tag and that might leave a big enough gap for the Mazda CX-4 to squeeze right in.

The Mazda CX-4 would come in to sit in between the pricier Mazda CX-5 and the Mazda CX-3. Of course, we do not know if this is what Mazda is really working on right now so that it with a pinch of salt.
