We know Jeep have been trying out all sorts of method to get their sales numbers up. While they seem to be doing just fine here in the US, their numbers are not that great internationally.
We know that Jeep has been working to change that by offering a few more models outside of US and offering their vehicles in a few more market but many believe that the key to dominating the international market would be the Jeep Wrangler.
It is not that the Jeep Wrangler is needed outside of the US but the Jeep Wrangler name might be enough to get people to turn their heads. Jeep will have to work something out fast because Ford is already working to being the Ford Ranger into the US to compete with it and if they do not have a backup plan, they might get overrun by Ford and their Ford Ranger here in the US as well.
