2018 BMW M5 Fires Back At Audi RS7, AMG E63

With their rivals all offering all-wheel drive sedans, BMW will be left behind if they continue to stay where they are right now and it looks like BMW notices it as well as they too are working to have their BMW M5 drive with an all-wheel-drive system.

In an interview with Auto Express, Frank Van Meel, the BMW M boss, the next BMW M5 will have a better traction and while they did specifically say that they will be improving the traction of the BMW M5 by offering it with an all-wheel drive system, most people seems to believe that that is what they are working on right now based on some of the new spy shots.

With the addition of the all-wheel drive system, the BMW M5 will be able to compete with the Audi RS7 and the Mercedes-AMG E63 model. There were also talks about the BMW M5 possibly coming in with a more powerful engine when it arrives.
