2017 Toyota RAV4 vs Honda CR-V: A New Winner?

Now that Honda has brought out the new 2017 Honda CR-V, it will be interesting to see which of the two will end up leading the market this time. If you had to pick a winner, would you pick the new Honda CR-V or the Toyota RAV4?

The 2017 Honda CR-V will be coming in with a new design that is based on the new Honda Civic model. Under the hood is a 2.4 liter inline 4 engine that will be offering about 184hp. There is also the 1.5 liter turbocharged 4 cylinder engine that will be offering about 190hp. The engines will be mated to a CVT.

The Toyota RAV4 will not be getting an upgrade this year but it was given a major upgrade last year. On top of the interior and exterior upgrade, the RAV4 also came with a new hybrid model. The base model will now be running on a 176hp engine that will be mated to a six-speed auto transmission. The other option will be the hybrid engine option.

When it comes to comfort, the RAV4 is the winner. Its interior is roomier compared to the Honda CR-V.

If you had to pick, which model will you choose?
