While it might not be called the same anymore, the Mercedes M-Class model is actually the new Mercedes GLE-Class and the name is not the only thing that is different now but will that be enough to take down the BMW X5.
The 2017 Mazda GLE-Class was given a new faceilft. Under the hood is now a 3.5 liter V6 engine that will be mated to a seven-speed auto transmission. The BMW X5 on the other hand, have been around since 2014. The 2017 model will not be getting any major upgrade but it will be running on a turbo engine mated to an eight-speed auto transmission.
As nice as the BMW X5 sound, the people seems to prefer the ride quality that the Mercedes GLE-Class model has to offer right now. The steel-spring suspension and dampers are doing the perfect job at keeping the ride smooth and comfy. The BMW X5 feels a little rough and bumpy compared to the Mercedes.
