2017 Jeep Renegade: Going Even Smaller

The Jeep Renegade was a huge success for Jeep and maybe that has convinced them that going small is not that bad of an idea after all.

Although they have given it a green light yet, it has been reveal that Jeep is thinking about offering a sub-Renegade crossover. Mike Manley, Jeep’s boss added that he thinks that segment will be a viable segment for them in the future.

While most compact models can’t take on any kind of off-road terrain, the sub-Renegade that Jeep is considering will be more than capable of taking on some tougher roads. It is a Jeep after all.

As exciting as that sounds, we should not get too excite just yet because the vehicle is still at its early stages of development and at the end of the day, they might not even give it the greenlight for production although we hope they will.
