Remember when we all thought that the Honda CR-V will be coming in with a new design based on the Honda Pilot? Well, it looks like Honda CR-V will not be borrowing Pilot’s design but will instead be getting its design inspiration from the new Honda Civic.
Spies have also spotted the Honda CR-V getting tested on the road from what we can see in the image, the Honda CR-V will be looking at the Civic for design inspiration, not the Honda Pilot. Features like the grille, headlights and taillights will all be fitted onto the Honda CR-V.
Not only will they be sharing some design features on the outside, the Honda CR-V will also be riding on the Honda Civic platform.
The new Honda CR-V will be coming with a few engine option starting from the 1.5 liters VTEC Turbo engine. The 2,0 liter VTEC Turbo engine should be offered as well.
The new Honda CR-V will be making is debut at the LA Auto Show this year.
