2017 Honda Civic Hatchback Won’t Be Waiting Until September

Initial rumors suggest that Honda might wait until September to show off the new Honda Civic Hatchback model but it looks like they too are getting impatient with the unveiling.

The new Honda Civic Hatchback based on the new Honda Civic sedan has officially arrived here in the US. Customers will have five trims to choose from. On top of the LX, Sport, EX, and EX-L, Honda will also be offering the Sport Touring trim model this time around. The top model will come with a few new features including LED headlights, exterior upgrades and more.

The new Honda Civic Hatchback will be running on the 1.5-liter turbo four engines. The engine will be offering about 174hp in the LX, EX, and EX-L model while the Sport model and Sport Touring will get an upgrade which will allow them to deliver about 180hp.

Manual fans will also be happy to know that the turbo engine will be offered with a manual transmission. The Honda Civic Hatchback will be available in the US this fall.
