2017 Ford F-150 Raptor: Extra Power Will Make It Easier To Bear

We know that Ford has decided to offer their 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor with a new turbo engine and although in general, the upgrade will benefit the Ford F-150 Raptor, the fans were still not too happy with the change.

The downside to having a turbo engine is that it will not sound as good as it used to be since turbocharged engine tends to have a muted and muffled engine sound. However, most people will forgive them soon after they see the new numbers that the Ford F-150 Raptor will be offering.

The 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor will now come with a turbocharged engine that will be offering about 450hp and 510lb ft of torque. That is 39hp and 76lb ft of torque more than the previous engine.

The new engine will also return about 4mpg more in the city and 2mpg more on the highway. With all those benefit, we think going turbo was the right thing to do here.
