The Prius Prime will be offering about 25miles of range with its electric engine but combine, the Prius Prime will have a driving range of 640miles.
The Chevrolet Volt, on the other hand, will come with an 18.4kWh. The bigger battery will allow it to run for 53miles on electric alone. The battery pack will be paired with a 1.5-liter gasoline engine. The combination will allow the Chevrolet Volt to return about 149hp and 294lb ft of torque.
The people over at AutoGuide did a poll to see which of these models is more popular among their readers. The current winner is the Toyota Prius Prime with 544votes while the Chevrolet Volt received 539votes.
