2017 Audi Q7 & A4: Allows Driver To Text & Not Miss The Light

How many of us has started texting when the light turns red only to be honk because we did notice that the lights turned green? Well, that might no longer be a problem for drivers behind the wheels of future Audi models.

According to TheVerge, Audi is working on a new tech that will actually help their drivers countdown to the time when the light will turn green. These future Audi models will be fitted with a device that would receive real-time signal information from the city-wide traffic management system so that it can tell their drivers when the time is almost up.

Audi thinks that this will help their drivers safe on fuel since they can now let off their throttle until the time is up.

Of course, the system will only work in certain city and roads. It is believed that the 2017 Audi Q7 and the 2017 Audi A4 will be the first to arrive with this new tech.
