2016 Toyota Corolla vs Chevrolet Cruze: And The Winner Is…?

Here we have the Chevrolet Cruze and the Toyota Corolla. Which of these two sedans do you think is the better option?

The Chevrolet Cruze will be coming in with a 1.4 liter turbocharged Gas I4 engine that will be delivering about 153hp and 177lb ft of torque. The engine will be mated to a six-speed manual transmission and will return about 29mpg in the city and 41mpg on the highway.

The Toyota Corolla, on the other hand, will come running on a 1.8-liter engine that will be delivering about 132hp and 128lb ft of torque. The engine will be mated to a six-speed manual transmission and will return about 28mpg in the city and 37mpg on the highway.

The Chevrolet Cruze not only has more power to offer but it is also more fuel efficient compared to the Corolla. It is also more spacious. The Chevrolet Cruze retails for $16,536 while the Toyota Corolla will retail for $16,349.
