Even though the Ford Ranger was taken out from the US market, the Ford Ranger still remain strong in some of the other markets like Australia. With the demand for trucks on the rise in the US, Ford will be looking for a truck to compete with and some thinks that the Ford Ranger will be their first choice.
This rumor seems, even more, likely after spies spotted Ford testing out the Ford Ranger in the US. It is ow believe that Ford plans to build the Ford Ranger at their Michigan plant but if that is the case, we will only see production start in 2017 since we will have to wait for the Ford Focus and Ford C-Max’s contract to end in 2017.
The Ford Ranger will be coming in to compete with some of the top trucks in the market like the Chevrolet Colorado.
