Samsung Galaxy S3 Tipped To Arrive On March 22

Late last month Samsung confirmed that it wouldn’t be debuting the Samsung Galaxy S3 at the Mobile World Congress event on February 27. Well it now looks like we won’t even have to wait a month before seeing the year’s most anticipated Android phone in the flesh.

Samsung Galaxy S3 tipped for March 22nd debut in France

According to the folks over at Frandroid, Samsung has scheduled a mysterious event on March 22 in France. This does tie in with Samsung’s statement that they would be unveiling the Samsung Galaxy S3 at special event on its own.

Now of course the March 22nd date, if anything at all, would just be for the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S3 and not a release date in stores. As the successor to the Galaxy S II, the Samsung Galaxy S III is rumored to come equipped with a quad-core processor, Super AMOLED HD display, 12-megapixel rear camera, larger battery capacity, 7mm thin profile (similar to Motorola DROID RAZR) and come with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich preloaded.

We’ll keep you posted as more develops!
