Samsung Galaxy S3 Killer May Look Harmless But Packs A Punch Inside

While the Samsung Galaxy S3 is possibly the most hyped Android smartphone of 2012, there is one other Android device that may have it arguably beat in a fabled specs battle-royale. We’re talking about the mythical Motorola DROID RAZR HD.

Floating around the Web under different names (DROID RAZR HD, Verizon DROID Fighter, Motorola Blade), not only does it managed to match the Samsung Galaxy S3 in many respects but also trump it in a few, that is if both these smartphones’ rumors hold true.

Motorola DROID RAZR HD vs Samsung Galaxy S3 specs (rumors)

The Motorola DROID RAZR HD first popped up in some Hong Kong forums where we saw it as a doppleganger of the Motorola DROID RAZR HD but with a bigger screen and no capacitive button row. Ever since then it has leaked numerous times under different names and from various sources, including the latest from an alleged Motorola employee who ‘confirmed’ that it would come with a 4.7-inch HD display and 13-megapixel rear camera. The other rumors put it with a Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor which has been found to be more powerful than Tegra 3 quad-core processors, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich preloaded, on-screen keys (Samsung Galaxy S3 supposedly still relies on a physical home button, LTE, and a massive 3,300mAh battery similar to the DROID RAZR MAXX.

The deadringer for the Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX may not have the looks of a next-generation device, however if these specs hold true then it will easily have what it takes to hold its own against the very popular Samsung Galaxy S3.
