More Samsung Galaxy S3 Details: 1080p Display, Blue/Black & White Variants, 64GB Storage?

With Samsung officially outing the Galaxy S3 launch for London on May 3rd at the Samsung Mobile Unpacked 2012 event, the folks over at BGR believe that they have more details about the Samsung Galaxy S3 that the manufacturer left off the invitation.

Samsung Galaxy S3 to come in two color options, first 1080p display in a smartphone?

Topping the list of rumors from BGR is a 1080p resolution display. Now we’ve seen 720p displays for mobile smartphones on the market so far so this takes the cake (although we’re not sure why you would need something that high unless Sammy plans on making it bigger than the Galaxy Note). BGR also adds that it will be available in two color options: blue/black and white. Storage wise we have both a 32GB and 64GB model, and it will pack the quad-core Exynos processor which will be 4G LTE compatible.

Now this sounds more like a dream device than anything else so we would take these details with  a grain of salt. With only a few weeks to go we will find out what Samsung has to offer.

If you’re late to the party, here are the other specs rumored for the Galaxy S3 since earlier this year: A 4.7-inch screen, quad-core processor, an 8MP camera, 4G connectivity, Samsung-skinned version of Android 4.0.

We will be at the London event and at the same time Samsung will be streaming it via Facebook so keep your schedule open.
