GTA 5 is currently only available for the Xbox 360 and PS4. It is however expected to make its way to the PC very soon and there is even a petition going on with close to 1 million signatures on it already.
This obviously is putting a lot of pressure on Rockstar to get a PC port ready for GTA 5. We’ve already seen fans trying to port the game with emulators and such but the latest news to come about is surely to disappoint PC fans… if it can be believed.
There are numerous online stores that have started to put up the GTA 5 steam key for preorder. These activation keys are fairly priced but what is disappointing is that all these online key stores are pointing towards summer release dates i.e. July and September 2014.
We’re not sure what to make of it given that Rockstar hasn’t put out a release date. In fact we were certain that the GTA 5 PC version would be out well before an Xbox One or PS4 version. So a summer release date is very discouraging if true.
