The long-awaited third episode of Dragon Age is almost upon us, and it promises to be one of the gaming phenomena of the year.

The game’s developer, Bioware, has already told us that Dragon Age 3 will be running on the new Frostbite engine, which will open up a whole load of new possibilities.

So, there’ll be a massive open play map, and Dragon Age 3 will also give players a more realistic experience. They can take part in keeps unlock quests in lots of important central areas.

Players will also be able to take on the role of boss of the keeps by hiring workers to reshape this building. This role will boost the morale of the troops, which helps no end when there’s an actual invasion.

Then you have the commercial element of the game – you can send ten workers or agents out to build a mine atop a sulphur pit. This enterprise will get you some gold.

Dragon Age 3 is coming out on the next-gen consoles, so players will see a huge improvement in graphics, which is always a good thing!
